Suddenly this thought just came to my mind:

It is written in Luke 9:59-60 59,

"He said to another man, “Follow me.”

But he replied, “Lord, first let me go and bury my father.”

Jesus said to him, “Let the dead bury their own dead, but you go and proclaim the kingdom of God.”

Then i was thinking, will this happen in this modern day?

If God were to call us to just leave everything behind; even saying goodbye to our families first, it would be very very tough. However, if ask to leave after one of our loved ones had died, will we answer the call? After all, he/she is dead right?

Then one must argue, "Its about sending him/her off for the last time". BUT HE/SHE IS DEAD~!~

So logically and practically speaking, the question now is, how many of our missionary friends have flew back to their hometown to send one of their dead loved one off the final time? Is it contradicting the Bible?
