Hi people, just came back from OSL Cambodia '07. It was one hell of two tiring weeks. Physically, emotionally and mentally. Come to think about it, the 2 weeks are just about the same. Only some days which are special.

Once there, we had to start working already. The 1st day itself already wore us out. The following days were just working, servicing their needs and reflection our thoughts. Okay, i don't wanna post any photos which was taken during the normal working days. I guess what is nicer to talk about is the pain we have to go through. First, physically. The tiredness of the work already wore us out, thus making us work at a slowly pace. The physical pain is there when there are a lot of things o do with so little sleep. Second, emotionally. For those who don't know, i almost cried on the night when i gotten my sore throat. It was not because of the pain from the throat but from the thought that i was weaker then them though we are strong. I thought i did serve them but actually i did not. I did not serve their needs but ended up having them to serve our needs. They are like path ways for us to re-realise that we are the one in need and to help us change for the better good. Lastly, mentally. Because of being so tired from being physically and mentally wore out, your brain will lose control of the body at times, creating a zombie out of you for a spilt moment.

Okay, so beside the pains, we still did have the joy of working in our spirit. The toilets there are so bad until you wouldn't want to shit and would rather hold it until you leave. Lucky, we did wash up the toilets and the feeling of accomplishment is great. And cooking of your own meal, vegetables taste good for once. Theres also the human jam which was crazy and the mass cooking for Singapore night. A lot of things happened which changed my life.

Now, i would just like to thank my parents for supporting me throughout. I found out that love is the most important thing you need in your life. Next, i would like to thank all the members from OSL Cambodia for giving the team a spirit and body. Thanks Jone for controlling/reminding me not to use foul language (which is one of my weakness). Thanks 2e3 guys for joking on the bus.

I guess those happen to me during the whole 11 days of non-stop working. That paragraph just summaries the happenings to me during the working days.

Beside working during those days, we had a day rest during their Water Festival. The team went out for some shopping at the town's shopping centre, Soiya plaza. There we had our first ice-cream in days. Here are the photos during that moment
